These cool seed pods fall off of the trees and are reminiscent of those which are found submerged in Amazonian waters. Perfect for aquascaping, their little openings make them a natural shelter for smaller fishes like Apistos, shrimp, and even frogs in the vivarium!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe hard surface of t\u003cspan\u003ehese pods may recruit a \"biofilm\", which is a fantastic supplemental food source for many small fishes and shrimp.
