To complete the Saltwater Test, we will need the following information emailed to us at sales@hi-tekaquariums.com.au:

• First & last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Physical address
• Tank size (in litres)
• Any concerns you have
• How you are sending your sample (drop-off or via express post)
• Name for your aquarium

If you are sending your sample via Express Post, please follow these steps:

• Collect 100ml of aquarium water in a clean plastic bottle.
• Seal tightly and label with your name.
• Send via Express Post Only

You'll get your results via email within 24–48 hours from when we receive the sample
